Isotec Deemed ‘Essential Business’

Share This Post:

It is with great pride that we announce Isotec Security, Inc. has been classified as an essential business by the city of Westminster, Colorado. The Isotec workforce and our clients have always known how important our products are to the critical infrastructure of local and federal government, and it’s an honor to report its recognition at this time. This exemption means we will be able to continue to manufacture the most secure access control portals in the country during the state-wide shelter-in-place mandate.

With so many of our vestibules protecting crucial sites within the government and private sector, being able to continue working during this global disaster is vital. Security personnel across the world proceed onward, doing everything to keep locations defended from attacks. Our vision is and always has been for a safer world, where we can protect staff at targeted sites, including security personnel. Just like every other day, security staff is currently putting their lives on the line to guard important sites, and we will be working as hard as they are throughout this crisis.

Decisions early-on led us to decrease in-house staff by over 60%, having those who could work from home do so, leaving only fabrication and assembly remaining on to create the systems. We are taking extra precautions for our production crew, including additional sanitation cycles and available disinfectants. Our goal has always been safety; throughout this pandemic, we will do everything in our power to keep our staff healthy so we can keep serving this great nation. Stay safe, we will get through this together.
